POISONS GRAPHIC SHOP STATUS: Open!
Welcome to my Graphiks Shop. I'm Poison, Ruby from Wands and Worlds, and after lots of practicing I decided to open up my first graphiks shop!
I've only taken in requests through PM before, so this will be my first time opening up a shop. Therefore, I ask that you don't bombard me with requests, as account I may not finish them at a certain time
.:Rules:.
+Please fill out your requests using the form. I've been pretty slack on that, but it makes it easier for me. Also, I'm going to edit the form. After a while, if requests aren't sent in using the form, I won't accept them.
+No rudeness, profanity, or other explicit or insulting actions when requesting. If you do that, I won't accept any of your requests. (Now and in the future.)
+No chatspeak while requesting
+Please provide at least ONE image. And make sure it is from a site where it is available for use.
+No more than one banner/siggie (see siggie/banner sizes), no more than two Glowing IDs, no more than three avatars, and no more than one animation. These all apply for one request.
+Please wait a minimum of seven days to order again.
+When requesting, please say the phrase "Poisonstar, leader of AdobeClan" to make sure you read the rules.
+Please to not request if you are not going to use my graphics, either as a siggie, or on another site. It DOES hurt to see my graphiks tossed aside. (This is NOT directed at anyone.)
.:Terms of Usage:.
+It is prohibited to claim these graphiks as your own, redistribute them on any site, or any other way, or edit them.
+It is prohibited to steal anyone else's graphik.
+You may not use any of the example graphiks without my permission. (And I must see how you use them as well.)
+You must credit back to the shop, or at least put my name.
+When using these graphiks on a site (e.g. the head banner of your site, part of the layout...) You must credit back to me AND the sites that I used to make the original graphik. Make sense?
+Please say the phrase "Ruby of Wands and Worlds" in your request to make sure you have understood the rules.
.:Siggie/Banner Sizes:.
+Siggie/banner sizes usually range from about 200px to 600px. I won't accept any requests over that.
.:Avatar Sizes:.
+Avatar sizes are set to a 100px default, or 50px default. This cannot be changed.
.:GID (Glowing ID) Sizes:.
+Glowing IDs are set to a default 4.458x2.208 inches. It's a peculiar size, but it comes out nice.

These are very pretty, and quite easy to make.
.:Request Form:.
Name: (The name that I would know you by.)
Links: (The links to your picture/s)
Theme/Colors: (Would you like your graphik dark, happy, menacing, sad, etc... Also, what colors would you like used?)
Series: (This is if you're basing your graphik on a book/TV/manga/etc, series)
Text: (What you would like it to say on your graphik. Also, would you want your text to be scary, swirly, etc... This can also include music lyrics.)
Extras: (Any brushes, gradients, tips, suggestions, or sites that you'd like me to use?)
Also, to note, that there is a certain priority order that I go by. You see, even if someone who requested a full graphik before a person who, let's say, requested a GID (Glowing ID) or an avatar, the person with the avatar or GID would get bumped up. This is because GIDs and avatars are quick to make, and I'll be able to get those finished quickly.
Hopefully, that covers everything. I'm really pleased to open up my first shop! Request, please!

.:A Little Word on Copyright:.
...And make sure it is from a site where it is available for use.
+Now. Why do you think I say that? Well, the answer is copyright. You all probably know what copyright is, but I cannot stress it enough. When going into the graphik world, knowing what copyright is, and permitting to it, is vital. I've seen people before just go to a fancy stock photo site, immediately find an image they like and download it. Without reading the rules. On a lot of sites, you have to pay to download images and when you don't pay but download them anyway, that's illegal. Also, just going onto Google, Photobucket, Yahoo, etc... most likely violates copyright laws. Google and Yahoo (and sometimes Photobucket) are purely search engines. This means they're just looking for key words and will pull up whatever matches. This means they could be stealing images from sites. (Or, if you download them, YOU could be stealing images.)
+Scroll up, and you'll see the list of sites I gave you. They're all wonderful sites and I have read the rules carefully to make sure that what they provide are free for use. I highly suggest that you choose images from one of those sites, so you don't have to worry about muddling through the lengthy terms of service you see on most stock image sites.
+Another point I need to make: Flickr. Don't get freaked, I'm not going to flame it or bash it. It's just that I've never been on Flickr before, so I'm not familiar with their terms of service. I would suggest you don't use images from there, just in case, but if you read and understood the rules (and adhere to them) then I say go for it.
+Yes, I know I'm annoying you with my babbling of copyright. But it's a serious crime! You wouldn't want someone stealing your hard work! Copyright helps stop that. And I try my hardest to adhere to it. I'm here writing this because I don't want anyone here to get in trouble with the law, because of a misunderstanding of copyright. So, please, take a little time out of your life to read this. In the long run, it will definitely help. =]
